When purchasing a reconditioned fan, you have the option of our Advance Replacement Service, which includes a refundable £40 deposit. Please note that this option is only suitable if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked, or overheated. If you're unsure about the condition of your old part, feel free to contact us for further assistance.
Alternatively, you can opt for our Exchange Service, where you send the old part to our Ebay address in advance. Upon receiving the old part, we will dispatch your reconditioned part for delivery the next working day.
If you choose the Advance Replacement Service and wish to claim your deposit, simply return your old part to our address within 14 days of purchase date. Include a copy of your invoice, or your full name, address, and email. We'll process your refund within 1 to 2 working days, depending on your original payment method.
