How our customer service works:
Exchange Service: When you select this service and press ‘Buy it now’. We will only send the part once we receive your faulty part. You need to send your faulty part with your eBay order details to our Return address
Once we receive your part with your details. We will dispatch replacement part ASAP.

Note: Please check your old part before you send. The part should not be water damaged, burnt, physically damaged or cracked. If the old part is beyond repair. Either we will have to send it back in the same condition, cancel your order and refund the money. If you are in doubt about your old part. Please contact us to discuss before you order where our staff will assist you.
Warranty: We provide 12 months warranty on our reconditioned parts. If the part become faulty with in warranty period. You can send it back to us with your details. We will send you another one free of charge. If you have any issue regarding that part. You can contact us. We will be more than happy to assist you.
Warning
PCB: If PCB blown up, burnt or water leakage in the boiler will not be covered under warranty. Software damaged due to overheating and wrong electric circuit.
Shipping: We provide free first-class postage and packaging for UK and mainland areas, orders must be placed before 12:30pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. If you live in the Highlands or Offshore you will be charged for postage & packaging.
Saturday delivery: Royal Mail. If you require this service, please contact us on eBay.
Lost Or Damaged: If your parcel arrives damaged please call us immediately on e Bay and we will arrange for a replacement or try to sort out your problem asap.
