If you prefer our Exchange Service, simply purchase the part without a deposit and send the old part to our address in advance. Once we receive the old part, we'll dispatch your reconditioned item.
To claim your Deposit, simply send your old part to our address within 14 days of purchase along with a copy of your invoice or your full name, address, and email. Your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 working days. Please note, when returning faulty parts, you'll need to cover the return postage.
