Replacement Service:
Our replacement service requires you to send in your Faulty item first; once we receive it, we will send a replacement to you. Please include your name and address, or order number, inside the parcel along with your faulty part. The delivery speed can be chosen at checkout, and the purchased spare part is dispatched the same day your package is received.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not replace parts that are damaged beyond repair, such as water damage or severe physical damage. If you are unsure of whether your part falls into this category, you can contact us.
Advance Replacement Service:
The advanced replacement service has the same requirements as the standard Replacement Service; however, instead of waiting for your faulty part, the reconditioned part is sent out the same day. Please include your name and address inside the parcel along with your faulty part. The delivery speed can be chosen at checkout. £40 is refunded upon receival of your part, which must arrive within 14 days of purchase. The final cost is the same as the Replacement Service.

DEPOSIT: Your deposit may take up to 2 working days to appear in your account after we receive your part.
Direct Sale:
The Direct sale is the only option that does not require you to send in any parts for replacement. This option may not be available for all spare parts. The delivery speed can be chosen at checkout. Orders before 3:30 pm are dispatched the same day.
